I keep dropping off site and coming back on. Got my activity tracker, it has helped some. Always looking for time and energy to do taht little extra. I've been working nights so I have been able to to laps around the building. Not sure what will hapen when I am back on the day shift. During vacation in March made a bet with my cousin, whoever loses the least amount of weight by the middle of July has to row the other across the pond ( not the Atlantic Ocean).
I have used this as an incentive to do better. Seems like I work all the time, like I am driven to it. I have not learned yet how to make myself a priority. It should be an easy thing to do. I am grateful every day for my life, myfamily, friends, job , and home. But I have to make myself eat better and move more. I need to make it a priority to blog and record my thoughts so I can go back to them. Well, break is over and it's time to return to work.
