Much better day!!

Today's food went much better! Went for a one mile walk before work and again after work!! For breakfast I ate two hard boiled eggs the whites only no yolk a banana and a halo with a triple berry medley shake. For lunch I had a small salad kit from Kroger. For Supper was spaghetti and I did serving size and only ate half of it cause of the starch. When I did my tracking on the app on my phone it said I was in starvation mode so I guess I better eat something else. Atleast I did better today I didn't go for the candy bars that are at every register at work! I drank 2 bottles of diet green tea and a whole liter of water! I feel very proud of myself and I hope I lost atleast a pound this week ater the junk I ate yesterday! I'll find out friday!
