Back at it.... but had a mess up today

Been back exercising going on three weeks now. And today I slipped too much. I had mcdonalds for lunch which was a no no then had two small candy bars today. The old me came out today. But best believe I'll be back in action tomorrow!!! I have lost 15 pounds in these last three weeks which is great but I need to slow down a bit. I am glad that I'm drink a lot o water then I have been in the past and I'm really starting to like it. I have an exercise partner to help keep me accountable and she gets me motivated to walk. If I didn't have her I'd probably give up again but now I don't have to worry!!
