2014 Q2 Challenge

I have joined a new weight loss challenge to help myself stay motivated.
My goals for this quarter:
1. Lose 25 pounds
2. Exercise 30 minutes every day
3. Drink 10 glasses or 80oz of water per day
I usually do so much better when I am in a challenge and working with others, so I am really looking forward to getting to know some new people while getting and giving support.
