Today I should receive in the mail a new book that I've been looking forward to reading. It's called "The Diet Fix: Why Diets Fail and How to Make Yours Work" by Dr. Yoni Freedhoff. Dr. Freedhoff is a Canadian doctor who specializes in weight loss. I have been a follower of his on twitter for a while now, and I just think he's got the right idea about how to go about this stuff. From what I understand, this book gives you tips for following any dietary approach you choose to move your journey forward. Though I don't necessarily think I need to have this stuff explained to me, having been a student of dietary approaches for years, I like reading new things and find I always learn something I did not know. That is not an arrogant statement, because though I know lots, following what I know to be good for me is what has always been my issue. So once I get the book, I will be sure to share what I learn..
In the meantime, I would like to thank everyone for their helpful tips about how to get my spark tracker to track all my steps!! I have decided that wearing it on the waistband is the most effective. I had been wearing it on my bra, but that didn't work so well.
