Stuck and Frustrated

Ok, I've been on the journey for a while now, and I've been doing great. I understand that. My problem is I'm stuck now. Since the beginning of February I've been between 203 and 199. I keep getting excited to finally be in ONEderland. Then the next time I check I'm back in the 200s.
It doesn't seem to matter what I eat, how much I exercise. I keep gaining and losing these same 4 lbs. And I'm getting really frustrated.
I've changed things up with my exercise. Went from doing Richard Simmons to Jillian Michaels. Even joined an gym and am going there 3 times a week AND doing my video. I know that your body can adjust to the exercise so I changed it up hoping that would break the plateau. Didn't help.
I've gone on the high end of my calories, and gone on the low end of calories. I know I tend to eat less than recommended once I add the exercise in. So I deliberately ate in my calorie range once the exercise was added. Nothing seems to matter. I stay in this same darn 4 lbs.
At this point I'm afraid that I'm going to go back to old bad habits because I'm so frustrated. Especially since I'm going to be massively tempted over the next couple weeks. (Daughter is turning 16 and we are having a big party, hubby's birthday, and son's birthday)
Right now I can use all the support I can get.
