Today's visualization (as I said I was going to start doing) was to imagine all the weight I have left to lose in a dumbbell , then imagine picking them up and running with the lbs falling off as I go.
I have around 55 lbs left to lose, I honestly cant picture dumbells that big. But I know how I've felt with the 40 lbs I've lost and I know how as I've lost I've been able to move easier, I know I feel better, have more energy, and feel better about myself. So I suppose I would have to say I would be able to move much more easier with less pain, have more energy to do the things I want to do. I will also feel better about myself because I won't look in the mirror and see nothing but fat., like I used to.
Anyway try this, It's harder than I though.
