It's amazing how much difference a year can make. Almost a year ago I wrote a blog complaining of strength training woes. I used to hate it! Give me cardio any day, I said. My how things have changed. I'm a big fan of strength training now. Pilates, yoga, and the occasional weight training. I feel so much better and stronger after a strength training session. I think it just takes finding what works for you.
