What if I Couldn't Grocery Shop for a Month?

Need a plan for times when can't get to grocery store for awhile; need enough staples in the house to still be able to eat right. What should I stock my fridge, pantry and freezer with?
-- frozen green beans, blueberries, mixed veggies (e.g. Wegman's heat and eat frozen veggies with sauces), packs of mandarin oranges or peaches in juice
-- pasta, pasta sauce, lean ground beef or turkey
-- rice, beans (black and refried), corn tortillas, shredded cheese (can be frozen?) (but usually won't eat without sour cream)
-- frozen healthy dinners
-- thin boneless chicken breasts
-- meal and granola bars
