I have the same problem so it's hard to give advice when I can't follow it myself but I've heard that you should not ignore but embrace with natural whole foods and sweets. Fruit, honey, etc. Best of luck to you!

It's a hard fight. Try fruit like everyone is suggesting. Or only buy one small item for those bad days. emoticon

Try substituting some fruit! Grapes always help me, I like the big, fat green ones! Yogurt with granola is a good idea! Maybe some blueberries in it, too? emoticon emoticon

I've been having a similar problem. Best thing I can suggest is don't bring it not your house.

Stay away from the processed sweets and choose natural sugars. Make sure the rest of your diet is balanced and get enough sleep. I started taking 5-HTP and it has helped my carb cravings. Hang in there!

I had that problem a few months ago. Oh, it was awful--I went from 124 lbs to 127 lbs before I got it under control. And the only way I did that was to get it OUT OF THE HOUSE! Carb Control Vanilla yogurt with frozen Blueberries helped A LOT!

Fruit, and yogurt diet soft drinks but sometimes the sweet tooth gets me too hopefully it's only in moderation. emoticon emoticon

How about instead of no sugar, you do sugar in moderation? I have a pretty good sweet tooth as well. I like to brew my own tea (hot or iced) and add a little bit of natural sweetener (sugar in the raw is good- 1 packet per 10 ounces). Or treat yourself to some fruit or yogurt with granola.
