WINTER SOLSTICE

Monday, January 27, 2014

I am having trouble with blogging. I have had setbacks, which has helped me to regain seven pounds since Christmas. So I am back on my health trip. Speaking of trips, I am going to my sister Carol 's house in Columbia, TN. She is my best friend since 1966. We met in high school, ended up marrying friends, and have remained friends since. I probably won't be back for two or three months. I want to move in with her, but I have to see if that is possible. So, time will tell. I stayed two months. I got homesick, but missed them when I got home. She has a YMCA near. I am excited about new challenges.

I do hope things work out as you would like them to with your friend Carol. So do you think a YMCA will help you with your fitness and goals?

Wow that is a lot going on! I have 3 friends that I have shared my life with since high school, but have never lived with any of them. I have a grand fantasy of us all being together like Golden Girls when retired. Try not to worry too much about the setback as it is all part of the journey and the important thing is that you have your health on your dashboard and see it as a priority. I actually was having fantasies of catching up to you on points, but hey I would much rather have you than a higher rank. Hugs!
