Co-leader of Grain Brain and so much more.

Monday, January 20, 2014

Been with Sparkpeople over two years, met goal and now became a co-leader of a team.

Recently changed my name to Fitsmallclothes to recognize my progress because of Sparkpeople.

This is an invitation for you to join Grain Brain and so much more.

It is a great, fairly new team. We show links to other great reads and videos.

Join us and be part of the action!

Sounds like a good team to check out. I've got Dr. Perlmutter's Grain Brain in e-book format for the Kindle app on my iPad. I'm finding it very interesting.

As a breast cancer survivor I'm always looking for ways to live healthier.

An aside note: put the team URL in your blog post or in the signature line of your posts, that way people can find the team easier. emoticon
I found the link from the team page after a search and copy/pasted it below, but I don't know if SP will let it translate to this post. If you see it, good. If not, I tried. emoticon

Congrats on your journey to eyeing small clothes, to owning small clothes to fitting small clothes!

Right now I have a top I love that is too small that I have hung on the wall as my goal to be size 10 or so again.

I love the Grain Brain team! Yes, we would love more members!
