S.M.A.R.T. Goals for BLC24

My goal is to lose 5 lbs this round of BLC and how I will go about it is as follows:
Work to improve my veggie consumption daily. Shoot for 2-3 along with 2-3 servings of fruit.
Cut sugars (no baked goods) and increase protein. Doing this also cuts carbs so will work to stay on the lower end of my calorie range. 1200 is the goal. I will allow 1-2 dark chocolate kisses on occasion but will count like all other foods consumed.
Since veggies is tough I will work to get a salad daily whether I must make it myself or find a place to buy one. I will also make a veggie with our evening meal and try some new recipes. Homework will be involved for this but I need, and must, do it. If I only loved them. Hopefully I can learn to love them.
Tracking is key for me. I will track my food and exercise daily. I will also post to the team tracking thread daily so it makes less stress doing it all at once at the end of the week.
I will continue to work with weights 2x a week for toning and tightening of these old muscles and hopeful it helps with the hip pain. Will pay attention and if need be, see a doctor.
Daily I will work towards at least 30 minutes of cardio and alternating upper and lower for toning and tightening.
My friend LILYGAL is my accountability buddy and we plan to talk via telephone weekly besides our daily texts on keeping one another focused especially when we are tempted to make poor choices.
My reward for making my goal this round will be to spend an entire day in my sewing room!
