I haven't been blogging lately because it seems like I've just been going back and forth with not much to say. I've been doing my exerciss every day and I do fine during the daytime. It's the evening that gets me. I've started crocheting in the evenings, I can't eat while my hands are busy, and I have all my quilting stuff packed away, (I'm moving next month, well Feb or March. So I'm trying to go through everything make sure I actually use what I take.) But at least it's helping me to not eat so much at night. I'm feeling much more motivated than I have for a long time.

I also just rejoined Spark Coach. and I think I'm going to put my visualizations on here. Give myself some idea of it Today it was imanging myself doing something at my goal weight that I cant do now.. The one thing that really popped into my head was actually sitting cross legged on the floor with my grandkids. This is one of my main reasons for really wanting to lose weight. To be able to play and have fun with them.

    emoticon I also have problems in the evenings and keep thinking about doing some knitting but usually just spend it here on the computer or kindle. Good luck on sorting stuff out.
