BLC24 - Plan for Week One!

Okay, we are gearing up for the next round of BLC. I have set a goal of losing 5 lbs this round. 12 weeks to lose 5. Should be easy right? Wish it were so. So close to goal and yet so far. I AM my own worse enemy as well. So what is my game plan and how will I get there?
Well, I need to focus on my food and log it all. I need to go on the low end of my scale and up my veggies for sure. I need to improve on the amount of time I exercise so, I will commit to at least an hour daily to do my routine. I will incorporate cardio and strength and focus on different muscle groups every other day.
I will have my team help keep me accountable and do the same for them. Afterall, we're in this together. I will try to do all the challenges and report in daily on the team to keep myself, and others, focused.

I'm ready to get to that 'goal' weight and then work on maintenance. I know my team will help me push to the finish line.
