Wall sit challenge starting Jan. 1.

The above photo shows the proper form. The goal is to try to get your thighs parallel to the floor. If you can't, no worries -- just do the best you can -- you can work up to parallel. Make sure that your knees are BEHIND your toes. I am going to strive to have my knees & ankles lined up in a straight line. We don't want to hurt our knees.

We start a new Jillian Michaels workout at my gym in January. Ouch!! We'll see how it goes doing that workout & the wall sit challenge. emoticon I don't know until I try, right?
