What are your intentions?

My intentions are to continue to make healthy choices & exercising until I reach my goal . . . however long that takes.
I was excited this morning when I got up & had lost another pound. That makes 50!!! (I lost 16 pounds before finding Spark, so I'm counting it. It's all part of the journey.) I have 23 pounds to go & I will reach my goal of 140. At that weight, I'll be at a HEALTHY BMI & my risk of cancer returning is much more greatly reduced.
This journey is something you "decide" to do. You have to be ready for it & you have to do it "on purpose" (intentionally) every single day.
So, what are your intentions?
I'm thinking about starting another 30-day challenge. I'll talk to my gym rat buddies tomorrow morning, but I think we're going to do a wall sit challenge. I'll keep you posted so you can join in, if you'd like.
