Another round of BLC is history

Just a quick reflection as I'm happy to see that I did well this round. I learned a lot about what does and doesn't work for me.
I need to log and pay attention to every bite.
I need to exercise but don't need to spend a lot of time.
I need strength training.
I need to get my rest and drink enough water.
Water was an issue this round which is unusual but having to track it daily I had days that I was way low.
Goal now is to keep at it between rounds and start at least where I am today and keep at it. I want to lose a few more and then figure out maintenance. I will need the help of my spark family to figure this piece out. I've been at goal weight before but failed when it came to maintenance. I don't want to fail again.
