Why?

Friday, November 29, 2013

Why is it that when a goal is within reach the zest with which you started begins to get lost in the everyday?

I know what it involves to reach goal and making the changes to get where I am were easy once I made up my mind. Once things started to fit I became somewhat lax. Why? My reasons are still the same, the changes that were made are still in place but I'm stalled.

I think I need to make another plan. It's time to revamp the exercise program. I eat within my set caloric intake each day (for the most part) but I am not as careful as I was....I keep saying I will increase my cardio (don't want to consume less calories than I am) but I am so tired at the end of the day with what I do now it seems impossible to do more. Time to pull up my "big-girl-panties" and put in the effort I need to put in and accomplish my pre-set, not un-attainable goals, and get it done. Wish me luck! emoticon emoticon

Good luck. Increase your time once you are solidly in a routine, is one option. I think a few months is enough time to solidify a routine. Visit your goals daily, to help prevent distraction.... From distracting.

And.... Just do it!? Dont want to,.... Do it!
