3 Week Blog-A-Day Challenge
Answer one question each day:
4. What motivates you to stay committed to a healthy lifestyle?
Honestly? The pain of arthritis. The frustration of not being able to move as I want to. The inner fire that is fueled by stress and negative emotion.
It's counter-intuitive and a tough lesson, but (for me) nearly everything in my life that is difficult tends to improve with some [physical] hard work. And then some focused relaxation in the glow that happens post-workout.
Atrophy and apathy feed on laziness. Goals are lost on the couch. No one succeeds by skipping workouts.
I make my choices. The best choices I make involve me gettin' a-move on! (And when I lose track of that, my SparkFriends are here, telling me to get my shoes laced up!)
