3 Week Blog-A-Day Challenge
3. What is your big picture, long-term goal? Why is this goal the one you work towards?
That's a great question! Even though my current efforts feel as if they're part of something big, they are still rather short-term (1-3 months).
I'm working on my educational endeavors for a better/different job, but even that doesn't seem like a long-term goal. Well, maybe in hindsight it does.
Overall, the quest for better health is ultimately why I do many things: Eat well, hydrate, get sufficient rest, add better habits and routines to the mix. I want to be healthy and mobile well into my later years. I don't want to rely on a notebook to track my medications or dietary requirements.
That's plenty to work towards, no?
