1. Have you set a new short- or medium-term goal or challenge recently? Do you have a goal or challenge that you have been working on for a while? What is it? What do you hope to gain from it?
Not sure that my goals are new, necessarily, but my commitment is renewed.
- Take and pass the PEM exam; gads, what a slog! What I hope to gain is more affirmation that I'm qualified and knowledgeable as an Engineering Manager. My goal is to take the exam in the first or second week in December.
- Complete and submit my binder for Master Hand Knitting Level 1; lots of info here:
I am doing this for myself. I enjoy knitting and want to create the best work possible and learn a TON while doing it. I'd love to have this done by the end of the year, but January 2014 is likely more realistic.
- 12 by the 20th; I challenged my co-workers that we'd get to our respective fitness centers/health clubs twelve times by the 20th of the month. My goal is to establish better habits and a solid routine to improve my strength, flexibility and overall health. This is a November goal!
