5K a Day in Movember all 30 days

November Goals

5K every single day: I can and will do this daily. We turn our clocks back on Sunday and I am going to leave my alarm on DST so I get up an hour earlier and walk 3.2 miles to start my day, everyday.

Lose 12 pounds. 3 lbs a week is doable at my current weight.

Log all food in tracker.

Log all fitness in tracker.

Continue to take my lunch to work, drink 100 ounces water daily, and do strength training 2 to 3 times per week. I have stopped craving soda.
