I finally finished my Inspiration Board. I wasn't sure what to put so I just included fitness and health goals that I am working towards.
1. Paleo Food Pyramid. Food is 90% of the battle for a healthy Meg, so it made sense to make it the biggest part
2. Parkour. A far off goal, but one that inspires me. How fun would it be to climb buildings? The whole world would become one big playground.
3. Mountains. I would like to climb a mountain and enjoying backpacking.
4. Burpees. Working towards being able to do a proper burpee. Currently hard to do with my hip mobility issues, but I'm trying.
5. Weights. I love weightlifting. I'd like to be able to do a proper squat (below hip level) with 50 pounds by the end of the year.
