Back again!!

Hello everyone,

Well I tried to do it on my own without SPARKS and it just didn't work emoticon to the point where I have gained everything I lost back... emoticon

...I guess I just got soooo tired of logging everything and I thought I knew what to eat and I could do it on my own....I wanted to be normal LOL...just normal...just eat and not see logging and weighing and measuring my food as something I needed to do...Well I couldn't do it...Maybe I was premature in my thinking...Or is it possible I am going to need to log and measure and weigh everything for the rest of life? If so if that is the case then I need to accept it...and I think I have..

SO lessons I learned while MIA:

1. I need to be log and track my food each and everyday and SPARKS is the best place to do that....

2. I need motivation from others who are winning this battle and remaining consistent...

3. I am also going to check in with my family doctor once a month for even more accountability.

4. exercise each day ( start slow LOL) emoticon

I hope you are all doing well...Fall in Ontario is beautiful thought I would share a picture emoticon
