5% Challenge goals, the first two assignments

Here are my first two assignments for my Fall 5% Challenge Exercise Commitment
Strength Training at gym Monday, Wednesday, Saturday 30 minutes
Cardio at Gym Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday either WATP in the morning or cardio machines in the gym in the afternoon.
Assignment Number 2 for the Fall 5% Challenge:
For the 8 weeks of the challenge I'm going to eat within my Spark Ranges for each day, concentrating on one day at at time. I'm doing this now and it works great! I've incorporated a couple of Spark reciepes including their version of ranch chicken, almond chicken, and several others.
