Leap Into Fall Challenge

Currently doing the Leap Into Fall Challenge. Super excited! This fall I hope to focus on eating clean and staying injury free during training. I will be doing a mix of weight lifting and cardio to get in shape. Currently looking at the Beautiful Badass challenge. First I'm going to do the Extreme Fitness challenge through the Fall Challenge. A combo of planks and burpees. I think starting small and simple will be the best way to go.
