Needing to recommit

I have noticed that I've been drifting back towards old habits recently. Today I commit to God, myself, and all of you that starting today:
1. In bed at 9pm.
I can't get enough sleep on a weeknight unless this happens and when I'm tired everything suffers
2. No hitting the snooze button when the alarm goes off.
Much easier if I get a full nights sleep
3. 10 minutes (min) of prayer & worship in the morning
4. Log everything I eat every day
5. Movement every day
Stretching, a walk around the block, a cleaning project, dance in the living room!
6. Ask God for help each day and thank Him.
I need Your help Lord.
Why have I made these changes?
• To have more energy & vitality
• To feel better in my skin, the best me
• To be able to do the things I enjoy
• To not be embarrassed by the things I cannot do because of my weight/size
• So that I don’t limit how God can use me (missions, etc…)
