Wow! October is in less than 24 hours!

Hey SP!

Time flys! I'm so busy all the time...im sorry i haven't been keep up with my weekly updates. i think it may be a little more realistic to update/blog every 2 weeks....since i weigh in every 2 weeks. BAD NEWS: I GAINED WEIGHT! Since we last spoke... 5 lbs! I know I know...it happens but im not giving up....I'm counting calories now and instead of "eyeing it" I'm looking straight at the nutrition facts. 1300 calorie diet, 30 mins of cardio and 30 mins of weight training...5 days a week. Surprisingly this is working really well for me. So i'm taking it one day at a time. I can't ask for anything more then what I'm feeling which is accomplished!
