1)Lose 5lbs, 5in (actual: 4.4lbs, 2 in)
2)Continue to workout Monday-Friday
3) Walk every Saturday, at least 45mins
4) No overeating on the weekend (50/50)
So overall I'd say it was a good month. I fell short of my goal for pounds and inches but not by much though. So I feel ok about this month even though I have this nagging feeling that I could have done better. But I'm not going to beat myself up, everyday is a new day to become better than I was before. So to keep me focused I made a collage that will remind me of my progress.
So I plan to keep it up and keep it moving.
