We only get so much time in a day. Our minutes are so precious. Do you spend them wisely? Once they're spent, you can never get them back. God doesn't have a "minute roll-over plan" like some cell phone providers. We all get the same number of minutes every day. Do you spend them watching hours & hours of TV? Do you sit in front of your computer for hours?

It's time to get up & get moving -- NOW -- before you're 65 years old & can't get out of bed. Your body was designed for movement, not sitting for hours & hours on end.

You can still watch your favorite TV programs. Instead of sitting through them, stand up & get stepping as you watch them. I stepped my way through most of a TV program last night.
