Need to Get My Groove Back

It's really starting to feel like autumn.
I'm enjoying the cooler weather, but we (my family) still haven't gotten back into the usual routine. It used to be fine getting up at 5 to go to the gym at 5:30. But getting up at 4:30 to go to the gym at 5 is just not doable for some reason.
I need to find a way to get back in the groove, because I like going to the gym in the morning. Whenever we have done a late evening instead (to try and avoid the crowds) I haven't enjoyed it as much because of the lack of energy at that time. I can feel my dinner in my stomach, and I can feel the cares of the day wearing me down.
Next week should be different, I hope. This week I was dealing with some physical stuff that made things feel that much more difficult. Next week I will put in a renewed effort. I need to get beyond this time of transition and find my groove again.
