I have joined another challenge to help make me accountable. This year has brought so many bumps in my journey, I am determined to get back on track.

So for the challenge we are to blog our goals for this go around. Mine are simple. Back to basics, nothing too complicated.
1. More freggies, less carbs.
2. More water.
3. Workouts 3-4x week. Gotta add some cardio to my routine too. I love strength training but really gotta mix it up a bit.

That's it. Simple, right?
