It's been awhile

Tuesday, September 10, 2013

since I logged in and made any entries. It's not because I fell off the wagon, I didn't! I've been staying strong, not giving up or quitting. It's just that my Beloved had some unexpected but welcomed time off and we took advantage of the time to just invest in spending the time focused on us and the house. It was soooo nice to be able to not turn the alarm clocks on and to just enjoy our morning coffee together instead of that hectic usual morning routine!

I've continued with the post feast full day fast and am averaging a 2 plus pound loss every week!!! I have noticed that not only does the scale reflect a weight loss the day after a fast, but the downward trend continues during the week as well. I'm still not experiencing any feelings of starvation, headaches, shakiness or extreme fatigue so I'm going to keep it a part of my routine. It's exciting considering I spent the greater part of the last few months plateauing. I'm finally getting into the lower 160's range and I hope to be in the 150's by the end of the month! I wish I had done this earlier!

Hope everyone is having a successful time of it!

Wow, that 2+ lbs/wk is pretty awesome! I'm hoping to do that also! I've heard fasting is good, if you can do it. I'd eat my arm. lol

Hope you're having a good day!
