Slowly but surely, change will come

So I've been working hard at daily exercise and getting ready for the schedule changes that September brings-back to school for my little guy starting grade one and I'm starting a new job also. I've been a little down about the slow progress with the scale....so I decided to take the usual advice about looking for success in other ways than the scale.

I asked my hubby to update my measurements, as I haven't done them in a little while and here are the results....
Upper arm-minus 1 inch
Hip-minus 1.25 inches
Waist-minus 1.5 inches
Thigh-minus 2.5 inches

All of that cardio is paying off!
So my dear Spark friends....keep plugging away and those changes will soon follow!
