My weight goals are the 1st and the 15th. Normally I am great that first week and I will get really close to my goal weight. Then beginning of the second week I go on a 3day binge that puts me back to my beginning weight and then the rest of the week I am pretty good again, and I lose some weight but not enough to hit my goal weight on my due date. So frustratig but it is a vicious circle. I really thought I was going to be in the 130s for September but I don't foresee that happening. GRRRRR to myself. I mean I am still losing weight, but I know I can do better.

    It's great you're losing weight. Don't be discouraged. Just do a little more exercise, like 5 minutes more to take care of those binges. You can still do it, there are 4 weeks plus 2 days in September. Please don't give up.
