I hope everyone is doing well. I'm glad to be back active in the community and seeing everyone’s wonderful changes!
So, I have to be honest... I gained a lil weight back over the past two weeks....but I'm not discouraged because I have learned a new habit called BOUNCING BACK which means I never get down and STAY DOWN.....I always bounce back
...So on to my week...it has been pretty hard this week and the last couple. My honey and I had a lil scare
...and thought we were preggo! Had most of the symptoms including a SUPER late AF but She showed up and she had a major attitude!
That seems to be a big set back for me....during that time of the month it is so hard to function because I have horrible, HORRIBLE cramps. They have gotten so bad, I found a new gyno and am making an appt today…yes, it’s real out here. Are there any ladies out there that have the same issues? What are some of the things you do to work through the pain? I have also been told that working out during that time is dangerous and that you should never push your self too hard….sounds like BS to me but I could be wrong…I’m not a doctor
On to my eating…I have wanted to get a juicer for about a year now but all the best are like $300 and up. Well my honey brought home a really nice one and it sat on the kitchen counter (because it was missing parts
…lol) for about 3 weeks. Last night, he finished putting it together and made us some apple, beet and celery drinks…WOW!
…is all I could say. I know I’m late guys but where have I been? It was like an explosion in my mouth. I just want to juice everything now lol. He used to work for Roebeck’s when he was in college so he wasn't very surprised but I’m still so tickled at how making one small decision can change how you react to life. I’m so adventurous now. Foods and habits I thought I would hate and therefore never tried have turned out to be the best things ever. Well guys, this is my weekly update…my wow moment…lol. See yah next week.
