Write 3 morning pages daily: Check
Keep my food journal: Check
Eat 8-10 freggies daily: Check
Track food intake on Sparkpeople daily: Check
Keep sodium intake below 2300 every day: Check

I had a very laid back day today, didn't feel up to much after such a day on the road yesterday. I did get the fridge cleaned out, the dishwasher run, a load of laundry washed and dried. Feeling pretty optimistic about tomorrow, got big plans.
