Is there a way to just erase everything I've posted up until now? All the starts and stops and falls and fails? Ugh. Anyway...

My very awesome friend called me tonight and asked if I would be in her bridal party...probably sometime between March-May 2014. AWESOME! Not cool. EXCITED! Freaked out. Conflicted much?

I'm excited for her. Really wish I was closer and could help her out more. Not a huge fan of weddings. We've been friends long enough she knows this, and still wants me there (though her mother may threaten my life if I keep dropping not so subtle hints about eloping).

And...I'm at nearly my heaviest weight ever and have approx. 29 wks until my bff gets married and she wants me there with her. Guess I'd better get busy.

    Not easy to be asked to be in a wedding party when that is not your thing. But I think it is so special that your friends want you to be there with them. Yep it is time to get moving forward. You can make this part of your new plans for the remainder of the year.
    Remember to make small and doable goals for yourself. Small steps at a time will get to goals that you want to get to.

    You can do this!

    This would put me in a bit of a freak out mode too and, although I know this is gonna be much easier said than done...don't freak out. LOL I'm sure that worked, right?

    Thing is, if you go into this with an, "I MUST lose X lbs by X date," you are gonna start and stay freaked out. Instead, if you can, just stick with taking it day by day, stay focused on the moment and each individual choice. Sure, make a plan. They're important! But don't get so fixated on the goal, that you lose sight of the moment.

    I know I'm not telling you anything you don't already know, so forgive if it's old news. Just know that I know you got this.
