8/6/13: Feeling a little bit better today!

I actually got enough sleep for once!! Over 8.5 hrs of actual sleeping time. I usually can be in bed for 9 hours and still get only 7 of actual sleep.
Woke up and felt pretty good, which was shocking considering yesterday. I've had enough energy today to do some of the things I've needed to- including a speck of cleaning and a small yoga practice. My arms are hurting from yesterday so I had to change it up a bit to suit my needs for today.
I took my temp just now and I'm at 98.1 F, which for those who don't know, is a bit of a fever for me. Usually my temp is 96.8 (yes I know the 'average' normal temp is 98.6). Not enough to worry but still. I know I should call a doc instead of complaining on here, but it's just.. I don't want to pay $25 in co-pay plus make the hour trip to the office just to be told it's a cold. I'll just keep trying to eat enough and rest enough and hopefully there's some insight on this... if it's still bothering when I go to school, I'll see one of the campus nurses... A few weeks won't harm anything, and if it becomes drastically more serious maybe I'll see my doctor here.
I really don't like how lately, I commit to a workout plan or get REALLY determined, and my body rebels. I injured my knee in June when I was doing INSANITY (oddly enough it was while I was in a YOGA practice- not the INSANITY- that did it), that put me out for a couple weeks. Now this? Ugh. I just want to be healthy enough to work out reliably and make progress on my goals.
Hopefully I feel even better tomorrow though :)
