A friend recommended it, so I figured I would try it out. I lasted about 9 minutes and had to quit. However, I did do a standing ab workout right before I started. I definitely feel sore, so I know something was working! I'll have to try again tomorrow and see what happens!

    Nice! Next time just drop the weights and keep moving. Or do the reps slower. Sometimes when my heart is pounding while doing lunges I will go into a lunge and hold it while doing the arm movements with them.

    Remember those buff girls are using 3lb weights. THREE. Of course it looks effortless and they can do them fast! Do it at your own pace, with your own weights.
