2013 So Far

Having spent about 10 years needing/trying to normalize my weight, I feel that 2013 has been pivotal in many ways. At last I have put together a balanced, sustainable approach to eating and exercising. It is not the fastest, or the most strict. It is not the easiest or the most lax. It is just right.

Every day does continue to be a work in progress. Am I being to easy on myself? Are my expectations high enough? Too high? Can I get just a few more steps in, or challenge myself to forego that potato?

Overall I am pleased, but never resigned to status quo. That's the way I like it.
