July review August goals

My big goal for July was to lose 6.4 pounds for a goal weight of 226.4. I DID IT! My weigh in this morning was 226.4. Down 1.2 pounds from last week. So, what did I do right to achieve this success? 8-10 cups of water daily; more consistency with my daily walks; writing my morning pages and using my food journal; eating more freggies. Also, I have been more mindful of my portion sizes and eating less healthy options in moderation.

My goal for August is to lose an additional 6.8 pounds to reach 219.6. I will continue to build the habits that served me well in July to achieve this goal.

Drink 8-10 cups of water daily
Walk 20 minutes daily
Write 3 morning pages daily
Keep my food journal
Eat 8-10 freggies daily
