July 2 - Sweat!

I never did get that walk in with my friend yesterday, as we had tornado warnings and torrential rain all afternoon, and the rain extended on and off all night.. So today is another day, and hopefully, we will get it in today.
I ate very well yesterday, and even had enough calories left to have a little bowl of cereal with blueberries last night as my evening snack. This was good, very good. I might just have to make it a habit, because it was a very substantial snack, and I slept pretty well, which has been a big issue for me lately.
Today's SP advice is:
Work up a sweat. Exercise is one of the best ways to de-stress. Pop in a workout video, hop on your bike, or grab your jump rope. Picture the stress leaving your body through your pores, and let it go.
So this morning, I did just that, before I even read today's advice. I hopped on my bike and rode for 15 hard minutes, and then I picked up a set of 5 lb dumbells and did some lunges, some tricep work, some ab work. It's all good, my friends. It felt good. Baby step #2, and I'm still all in.
