to build a new building?
Of course not!!! The building wouldn't look very nice but it also wouldn't be very strong. If a big storm came through, it might not withstand the winds.
Ok, new question: Would you use old habits to build your new body? Ouch!!!
I know we try, but we won't be successful. My old habits consist of sitting most of the day, eating sweets, chips & processed foods. I've tried that route before & it didn't work. It just got me to my top weight of 213.
I had to get some new habits -- new bricks -- fruits, veggies, lean proteins, whole grains & exercise. This time, I'm going to build a better me -- a strong me with a strong immune system!! I want to be able to withstand the strong winds.
It's time to throw the old bricks away. Pull out those nice shiny new bricks to build the new you.
