I'm interested in watching what I eat
I am conscious of the need to keep my body stretching and moving
I have more energy during the day, I actually hopped up from my chair at work
I look better in the mirror
I feel more fit
I'm sleeping better
I am not craving sugar
I am not turning to the kitchen every 1/2 hour or every time I'm alone
Even when I do go looking for boredom grazing, nothing looks appealing
