Start where you are . . .

You don't have to be a gym member to follow this journey. You can work out at home or outside. I am so blessed that I can afford to go to the gym because I know me & I know if I come home before working out it'll be a lost cause. I'll go straight to the computer or to my evening chores.

Don't have weights? No problem -- use bottles of water or cans of soup. There many, many great videos on SP including chair exercises that will truly make you sweat. I did a few of those when I hurt my foot.

Do what you can do. Build on it every day, little by little & you WILL see progress.

Don't wait for conditions to be perfect to start. Trust me . . . they will NEVER be perfect enough . . . it's a flimsy excuse. Been there, done that, used that flimsy excuse, etc. emoticon

Five minutes is better than nothing. emoticon
