Well let's start with today's CICO

Another negative day which is good for me!

So today marks the end of the first week of BLC22. While walking I was pondering the week and how I did and where I still have room to improve.

First for the positive!
emoticon a minimum of 60 minutes each day.
emoticon Logged every bite in the tracker and computed AND posted CICO each day.
emoticon Got all the possible points on the W/E challenge and TNT.

So where I need to continue to improve:
Food options/choices/planning. I may have planned dinner for the week but already there is a wrench in those plans due unplanned activities which include grandbaby time. However, I can still make positive choices and work to keep my plans for breakfast, lunch, and snacks.

I also need to work at getting more ST in. I got some but not as much as I'd like again, time being my enemy. I have already made my nights longer to get much done and to have a little computer time before bed but it still isn't enough.

My summer hours begin this Thursday so longer days and shorter Fridays for the most part. So will see how it goes. I will have to figure out how to get some exercise during my work day even if the temps are too much for me. I will check out a few options and go from there. If there is a will, there is a way. Right?

So overall, I think I've done well this first week regardless of what the scale tells me come weigh in tomorrow. I just know I'm feeling better and that in itself is enough for now.
