BLC 22 Goals

We were asked to get goals for the next 12 weeks and to blog about it. Here are the goals that I think are realistic for me for the next 12 weeks:

Goals for BLC 12

1. Lose 24 pounds in 12 weeks which is realistic because some weeks I may have great weeks and others I may stall out.
2. Plan my meals more often. Sometimes we go off the seat of our pants. I want to put a little more time and thought into the meals.
3. Add more strength training into my cardio filled schedule.
4. Add more running sessions back into my workout schedule.
5. Get a better grasp on my emotional eating.
6. Participate in my Shamrock team and lean on them for support when I need it (first step is admitting I need their support).

    Super streeeeetttccchhh goals! Love em... you might consider putting some specificity to your strength training.. like 1 20 minute session a week or 2... make it specific and as someone suggested to me on the SSS, SCHEDULE it into your calendar... it made a world of difference!

    Can't wait to see all the FANTASTIC results you're going to put out there.. .probably hitting ONEderland first!!!WOOT WOOT

    These are great goals! Planning meals is something I need to get into more with vegetable rich dishes - which is one of my goals as well! As your teammate I am proud of you for admitting you need support, and they great thing is, that is just what we are here for.
