Day 3 CICO and more!!!

Well, this is day 3 and I'm still working hard at all things. Getting my exercise, tracking my food and just feeling better about taking control once again.
So we need to blog about our goals for the next 12 weeks. Now to figure out the S.M.A.R.T. piece of the plan.
My goals are to eat, and exercise faithfully for the entire 12 weeks.
I plan to walk a minimum of 60 minutes daily and ST at least 2x a week and shoot for 3. I
will log every bite and challenge myself to improve in areas I am weakest. Veggies and enough protein.
I can measure this by using my trackers faithfully and to get my measurements taken and posted as well. A beginning place and an end. I want to be at least 5 lbs lighter and toned and tightened. Also, I will work to plan my meals better and stick to them. Really need to figure out how to batch cook and have meals ready as our lives are very busy.
Attaining this is up to me and no one else. The only thing I have control over is my attitude and that is true with all things in life.
Relevant? Heck yes these things are relevant. My health and well being are relevant and of course I want to live a long time and see my grandkids grow up. It's a scary world and they are gonna need their "Busia".
Time-Bound - well 12 weeks of course. They say habits form if you are consistent for 21 days. I believe when I'm done at the end of this 12 weeks, I'll be in a much better place in many ways and my GOOD habits will continue.
